In a partnership with the WV Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, the whitewater industry was able to have tourist information signs placed along heavily traveled Rt. 19. Rt. 19 travels right through America's Best Whitewater. These information signs lead those searching for rafting and recreation information to the New River Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). The CVB acts as the industries primary information distribution center. Since the signs placement visitation to the CVB has greatly increased. |
